Table

You can view the raw data quickly with Table.

Assignments

  • Columns - You can select which columns to show in the table. See Column Configuration for detail.

  • Number of Rows - You can select how many rows to show at the "# of Rows" control. You can also change either by showing the first rows or last rows in the data frame.

  • Max # of Columns - You can select how many columns to show at the "Max # of Columns" control. You can choose either "300", "1,000" or "10,000". Note that if you have many columns and choose a large number here, it may slow down the table rendering.

  • Grand Total - You can select to show or hide the grand totals. You can also choose the aggregation function for the total values. The following options are available.

    • Sum

    • Mean (Average)

    • Median

    • Mode (Most Frequent)

    • Min Value

    • Max Value

    • Unique Count

Formatting Columns

You can change the style and formatting for each column by using the Column Format dialog. You can access the Column Format dialog by clicking the Edit icon in the Setup section in the Column Selection dialog. See Column Configuration Dialog for mode details.

Fit to Screen

You can fit the table to the chart viewing area by the "Fit to Screen" option in the chart property dialog. See Fit to Screen (Table) for more details.

You can search the table by typing in a keyword in the search input field. If you type in a keyword, the Table shows only matched rows with the keyword highlighted.
