# 通知

スケジュールによってインサイトが更新されたときに、メールで通知を受け取ることができます。通知を受け取るには、メニューから「通知メールの購読」を選択します。

すると、確認のダイアログが開きます。スケジュールの頻度などを確認して、通知を希望するなら「OK」をクリックします。

通知を解除する場合には、メニューから「購読をやめる」を選択します。
